About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable data processing and application solutions supporting key CPS platforms.
- Provide L3 production support, lead root cause analysis for critical incidents, and drive platform reliability improvements including observability, scalability, and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical discussions, and participate actively in SAFe Agile ceremonies and strategic modernization initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or Backend Development.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, SQL, and PL/SQL with experience in ETL/ELT processes, relational databases, and performance tuning.
- Experience working in Agile and SAFe development environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced engineer with a strong focus on platform reliability and operational support, including production incident resolution.
- Capable of mentoring and leading technical growth of junior team members, implying mid to senior level role.
- Hands-on with modern engineering practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, security standards, and scalable data platform engineering.
