About This Role
- Engage with business and technology teams to define business objectives and reporting requirements in QSR and retail domains.
- Translate business needs into detailed requirements, epics, user stories, and process flows aligned with technical delivery.
- Lead backlog prioritization, establish acceptance criteria, coordinate user acceptance testing, and ensure requirement coverage for data pipelines and BI solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in business analysis and project management within quick-service restaurant and retail domains.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Mandatory skills include Agile business analysis, process mapping, Jira and Confluence proficiency, data warehousing concepts, Power BI, and MDM principles.
- Certifications required: Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) and Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex business processes and requirements in multi-location retail or QSR environments leveraging analytics and operational metrics.
- Demonstrates ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders to drive timely delivery and quality in BI and data pipeline projects.
- Practiced in Agile frameworks with strong capabilities in defining acceptance criteria, backlog management, and user acceptance testing coordination.
