About This Role
- Own the end-to-end implementation and deployment of digital reporting solutions for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and project managers to ensure smooth integrations and onboarding.
- Lead workshops and communicate complex technical and business requirements effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience as an Implementation Consultant.
- Prior experience at Big 4 consultancy (PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG) or equivalent tier-one consulting/financial firms.
- Strong business analysis skills including requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and process mapping.
- Experience with technology and data implementations, preferably in financial services, SaaS, or data-intensive projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in agile delivery frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and proficient with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability to clearly translate complex technical concepts (APIs, data pipelines, reporting) into business requirements.
- Comfortable engaging in international, distributed teams and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
