About This Role
- Lead adoption and integration of enterprise AI-assisted software engineering practices to enhance code quality, delivery speed, and operational stability.
- Design, develop, review, and troubleshoot secure, production-grade Salesforce solutions focusing on components like Apex, LWC, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and integrations.
- Evaluate architectural designs and contribute to technology communities to drive emerging technology adoption within financial services software engineering.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Triggers, Flows, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, REST APIs, and integrations.
- 5+ years formal software engineering experience with demonstrated leadership or mentorship in senior-level engineering roles.
- Strong understanding and demonstrated experience leading use of AI-assisted software development tools, including code review, test acceleration, and secure AI output validation.
- Practical cloud native experience and solid knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years Salesforce development and software engineering experience.

- Experienced in financial services IT systems, particularly with large data volumes, performance tuning, and platform/application optimization.
- Proven ability to lead teams integrating AI technologies in software engineering with a strong grasp of responsible AI practices involving data sensitivity and security.
