About This Role
- Designs and delivers secure, scalable Java-based software solutions within an agile team supporting Consumer and Community Banking.
- Develops, debugs, and maintains high-quality code leveraging AI-assisted development tools under secure coding standards.
- Produces architecture and design artifacts, and uses data analytics to identify and resolve hidden issues improving system performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Kafka, and RDBMS (Postgres or Oracle).
- Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, operational stability, and SDLC tools including AI-assisted tools.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, secure coding practices, agile methodologies including CI/CD, and application resiliency.

- Experienced in developing complex enterprise applications in large corporate environments, proficient in full lifecycle software development.
- Skilled in leveraging AI-assisted development tools effectively to improve code quality and delivery speed while maintaining security.
- Comfortable working in an agile environment with strong knowledge of CI/CD, application resiliency, and software architecture design.
