About This Role
- Prepare and manage key logistics documentation including dock receipts, bills of lading, export declarations, and Shippers Export Declarations (SEDs).
- Track and trace cargo to ensure proper movement and delivery, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal company branches regarding shipment status, routing, and pricing.
- Provide accurate billing information to the accounting department and seek the most profitable shipping modes while meeting client freight requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 7 years of related work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of industry (import/export or logistics) experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills in MS Word and MS Excel.

- Experienced professional with deep knowledge of the import/export logistics industry for managing documentation and client/vendor communication.
- Capable of operating in fast-paced environments, managing detailed and multiple logistics tasks efficiently.
