About This Role
- Lead the global People Operations shared services team in Pune, delivering end-to-end HR services for 7,000+ employees across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
- Own the strategy, operating model, and continuous improvement of HR service delivery including standardisation, automation, and data integrity.
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, compliance, audits, and lead large global HR transformation programs such as system implementations and M&A integrations.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive People Operations experience with at least 8 years leading multi-country HR shared services in multinational companies, preferably in tech/software.
- 10+ years managing large teams (50+ people) across multiple sites delivering to global SLAs.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and case management tools (ServiceNow, Salesforce); strong knowledge of employment law, data privacy (GDPR, India DPDP, SOX), and audit compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field plus Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
