About This Role
- Owns and manages a regional Finance Operations (FinOps) and GEMS portfolio integrating country priorities with Global Technology delivery and finance transformation.
- Leads release governance, service quality, operational readiness, defect and incident management, and regional finance operations disciplines including General Ledger, Treasury, and Management Accounting.
- Responsible for governance, stakeholder alignment, risk and controls management, continuous improvement, and benefits realization across multiple countries and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant discipline.
- 10–13 years of experience in finance operations, finance transformation, GEMS/SAP, technology delivery, or service management.
- Experience leading cross-country programs and managing senior professionals (Deputy Managers, Assistant Managers or equivalent).
- Work Location: Hyderabad; Shift: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM; SAP S/4HANA or ECC6 certification preferred but not mandatory.

- Proven ability to lead and govern regional finance operations programs involving multiple countries and senior stakeholders.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and portfolio management skills with experience in finance transformation and global technology integration.
- Experienced in coaching senior managers, managing performance, risk and compliance, and driving operational excellence in a complex, matrixed environment.
