About This Role
- Manage and oversee day-to-day activities of a fund accounting/oversight team ensuring accuracy and timeliness in NAV and pricing calculations according to fund policies.
- Provide management reporting, issue resolution, client communication, reconciliation, and maintain adherence to Standard Operating Procedures for fund accounting.
- Lead and develop team members including training, performance appraisals, staffing recommendations, and participate in workflow and technology enhancement projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Comfortable working core night shifts aligned with North America time zones.
- Preferred 6+ years experience in related accounting or finance field; Work Experience Required: Preferred but not explicitly mandated.
- Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Mandatory skills include understanding of financial services and investment products, excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
