About This Role
- Manage day-to-day operations and service delivery of fund accounting oversight team(s) ensuring NAV/yield accuracy and SLA compliance.
- Oversee staff activities, ensure policy adherence, manage issue resolution, and drive workflow improvements and automation initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on projects, compliance, risk management, performance measurement, and staff development.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience in Fund Accounting; 8+ years preferred in accounting or finance fields.
- Accounting background preferred; CPA/ACCA and Big Four/fund house/accounting firm experience preferred.
- Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent preferred.
- Experience leading automation initiatives and strong risk and control practice demonstrated.
