About This Role
- Build, maintain, and evolve FNZ's AI and cloud platform infrastructure including AI Foundry, LLMs, RAG, MCP gateways using Terraform, Azure, Kubernetes, and IaC.
- Design and operate secure, compliant, observable, and cost-optimized AI platform services with lifecycle management and support for product teams.
- Drive platform standardization by enabling developer self-service, governance controls, and continuous integration/deployment automation at scale.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with min A- average (undergraduate) or first class (postgraduate).
- Experience deploying and operating LLM-based AI solutions on Azure or major cloud providers.
- Proficient with Terraform, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, and cloud infrastructure automation.
- Knowledge of AI infrastructure patterns including MCP, RAG, vector databases, AI security/governance, and regulatory compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Platform Engineer with strong expertise in cloud-native AI infrastructure and lifecycle management of AI models/services.
- Skilled in building reusable and scalable platform capabilities, developer golden paths, and observability tooling.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, security, operations, and governance teams to deliver secure and compliant AI platform solutions.
