About This Role
- Plan, execute, and manage projects focusing on scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.
- Manage projects implementing Oracle on-prem and/or Oracle Cloud Solutions, overseeing at least 3 full lifecycle implementations as Project Manager.
- Lead cross-functional teams with functional knowledge of Oracle CX modules to ensure effective delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience with hands-on project planning, execution, and management.
- Experience with SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches.
- Experience managing Oracle implementation projects, minimum 3 full lifecycle projects as PM.
- Functional knowledge of Oracle CX modules and strong skills in risk and issue management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large scale Oracle Cloud and on-prem projects with full lifecycle exposure.
- Comfortable leading cross-functional teams in complex Oracle CX module implementations.
- Skilled in risk identification and mitigation ensuring successful project delivery under schedule and budget constraints.
