About This Role
- Drive reliability, scalability, and performance of cloud-based applications, microservices, and infrastructure supporting a healthcare SaaS product.
- Lead monitoring, alerting, incident management, and disaster recovery planning to ensure high availability and operational excellence.
- Optimize DevOps pipelines and automation, collaborate across teams, and participate in capacity planning and scalability assessments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or relevant field.
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience in site reliability, DevOps, or related roles.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Azure, AWS, Microsoft SQL, Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM templates), and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Experience with observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana) and security best practices for cloud environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operating and troubleshooting complex cloud infrastructures, especially Microsoft Azure, in fast-paced environments supporting healthcare SaaS products.
- Skilled in incident management including triage, root cause analysis, and postmortem coordination involving cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in automation, capacity planning, and progressive deployment strategies with strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
