About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Implement and configure integrations with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace) and external systems using APIs, MID Servers, REST, SOAP.
- Lead requirement analysis, testing (including ATF), and quality control to ensure solutions meet business needs and standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM development.
- Minimum Education: Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Must hold at least two ServiceNow CIS certifications, such as CIS Discovery, CIS Event Management, CIS Service Mapping, or CIS AIOps.
- Experience configuring Discovery modules, event management rules, integrations with monitoring tools, and strong understanding of MID Server architecture.
