About This Role
- Lead development and benchmarking of advanced reinforcement learning algorithms and generative AI models for real-world and simulation environments.
- Design and manage scalable multi-agent frameworks and realistic simulation environments to enable complex policy evaluation and autonomous AI systems.
- Publish research findings in top conferences, mentor junior researchers, and bridge academic research with industrial applications through collaboration and strategic technology adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience in AI research or comparable research environment.
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with strong focus on reinforcement learning or generative models.
- Proven publication record in top-tier AI conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, or CVPR.
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (onsite requirement).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in reinforcement learning and generative AI frameworks with strong software development skills in Python and C++, including GPU acceleration.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI research into production-grade systems and lead cross-disciplinary teams.
- Skilled in simulation tools (Unity ML-Agents, MuJoCo, PyBullet) and managing end-to-end AI system integrations aligned with strategic product goals.
