About This Role
- Own all accounting and financial management for the hotel, ensuring strong financial controls and compliance.
- Provide strategic financial insights and commercial guidance to support hotel operations and investment decisions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and cost optimization efforts to maximize financial value.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial operational accounting role.
- Proficiency in hotel financial and management systems including OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA/OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK.
- Proficient in English for business communication.
