About This Role
- Lead and manage high-impact process improvement projects from start to finish with sustainable outcomes.
- Act as the internal expert on process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping.
- Develop and deliver training on process excellence tools and oversee KPI measurement for improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in Process Improvement, Business Transformation, or Operations Consulting.
- Mandatory: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification; Black Belt is an advantage.
- Expert proficiency in process mapping, process analysis, and statistical analysis tools.
- Experience designing KPIs, risk/time/scope management, and stakeholder engagement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading complex, cross-functional improvement projects with measurable results.
- Strong capability to partner across functions like Operations, IT, and Finance to deploy new processes.
- Skilled in data-driven decision making and promoting a continuous improvement culture.
