About This Role
- Partner with founders and team leads on organizational design, succession, workforce planning, and translating business initiatives into people plans and hiring roadmaps.
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition including campus programs, onboarding, and employer branding events.
- Own performance review cycles, compensation benchmarking, talent retention strategies, employee relations, HR policy compliance, process automation, and AI integration in HR operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of HR experience, including partnership with tech, engineering, or product teams.
- Experience in fast-growth environments like tech, fintech, startup, or trading firms during scaling phases.
- Hands-on experience with Indian labor law and employee relations.
- Demonstrated extensive use of AI tools and automation in HR workflows.

- Experienced operating in fast-paced, rapidly scaling technical environments with domain knowledge of trading or fintech sectors.
- Skilled in building HR policies and programs with measurable impact on attrition, hiring speed, or engagement.
