About This Role
- Own and execute the multi-year product roadmap aligning with company commercial objectives and market demands.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from research and discovery through launch, scaling, and optimization.
- Lead, hire, and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a data-driven, high-ownership culture.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years total professional experience with 7-8 years in Product Management for software or enterprise/B2C products.
- 4+ years formal people management experience of Product Managers.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related technical/analytical field; MBA preferred.
- Deep understanding of modern product development methodologies and SaaS/enterprise architectures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of developing and scaling software products with measurable business impact (revenue growth, retention, cost reduction).
- Strategic collaborator able to partner across Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive priorities and trade-offs.
- Data-driven decision maker skilled in analytics, customer feedback loops, and communicating with C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
