About This Role
- Manage end-to-end multi-customer warehouse and transportation operations including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and customer deliveries.
- Monitor and drive operational KPIs, customer satisfaction, and compliance using SAP, TMS, WMS, Power BI, and prepare MIS reports.
- Ensure safety standards, service provider management, and conduct training for operational process adherence.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or above.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehousing, Transportation, Inventory Management, or Customer Management.
- Proficient in SAP, TMS, WMS, Power BI, and MS Excel.
- Location requirement: Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
