About This Role
- Develop and maintain monitoring and automation to enhance identity and access management operations, ensuring operational efficiency and timely issue identification.
- Perform root cause analysis for system and control issues, document findings, and support sustainable corrective actions implementation.
- Coordinate change requests, disaster recovery activities, and gap remediation to support reliable, audit-ready security operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, identity and access management, or related technology discipline.
- Proficiency with identity directory platforms (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID) and PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Experience with Windows Server administration and use of collaboration or governance tools such as Microsoft Office, Jira, Remedy, or SailPoint.

- Experienced in operational security environments requiring cross-functional coordination with global stakeholders and risk partners.
- Skilled in translating technical and control-related issues into actionable recommendations and clear documentation.
