About This Role
- Manage core HR operations including employee data management, onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration to ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes.
- Administer and maintain Workday system for data entry, reporting, and integration, focusing on accuracy and compliance with Indian market-specific HR processes.
- Continuously review and optimize HR processes to increase efficiency, enhance employee experience, and handle employee queries and helpdesk within defined SLAs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in HR Operations with a strong understanding of the Indian market HR processes.
- Proficiency and working knowledge of Workday system.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- Experienced in handling cross-country and cross-functional HR operations teams, indicating strong coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks under deadlines, ensuring operational accuracy and timely delivery.
