About This Role
- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex web application projects using MERN stack, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion within defined scope.
- Provide technical leadership on MERN stack architecture, code quality, security, and performance for development teams.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams, manage stakeholder/client communications, and oversee Agile project execution.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in IT/software development with significant experience managing end-to-end software development projects.
- Strong technical expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and related technologies such as RESTful APIs, microservices, Git, Jenkins.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years; certifications like PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM are advantages but not mandatory.
