About This Role
- Lead and oversee data privacy initiatives across the organization, ensuring classification and protection of sensitive information.
- Provide independent assurance and compliance monitoring for privacy controls, including managing Data Flow Diagrams and Records of Processing Activities.
- Program manage the spurious call agenda by coordinating with multiple stakeholders and driving risk reduction efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-5+ years experience in Data Privacy and Operations, preferably including life insurance industry exposure.
- Knowledge of Data Privacy laws and regulations.
- Experience with DPIA, Data Classification, Vendor risk assessment, and compliance monitoring.
- Location: Gurgaon office (90 C Udyog Vihar).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex data privacy and compliance programs in large organizations.
- Strong program management skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, Legal, Risk, Technology).
- Familiar with operational processes of the life insurance sector and privacy risk culture adoption.
