About This Role
- Execute payment and transaction processing accurately and timely, adhering to procedures and SLAs.
- Investigate and resolve transaction issues and discrepancies, ensuring high-quality operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain smooth workflows and support process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Work Experience Required: Experience in operations, processing, or shared services preferred but not strictly mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work 12:00 AM Midnight to 4:30 AM shift in Pune (Yerawada) in a hybrid work model.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with payment processing, payment systems like SWIFT, local clearing, and bank/customer account reconciliation knowledge.
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiar with compliance operations including payments, screenings, sanctions, or AML practices.
