About This Role
- Lead product lifecycle management including ideation, release, and iterative improvements based on user feedback.
- Conduct competitive analysis and usability testing to align product features with market trends and user needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams from sales, marketing, risk, credit, collections, operations, and technology to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
Minimum Requirements
- Full-time MBA degree mandatory.
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in BFSI/Fintech industry.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and derive insights.
- Location requirement: Must be based in or willing to work from Goregaon, Mumbai (Kotak Infiniti).

- Experience managing financial technology or banking product portfolios with proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management with track record of timely delivery and prioritization of product features.
- Capable of leveraging data analytics to drive business performance and product decisions in BFSI/Fintech context.
