About This Role
- Design and deliver dynamic, client-facing investment services reports using State Street’s Interactive Report Designer (IRD) and BI tools.
- Analyze large-scale datasets, contribute to data modeling and data mart design, ensuring data integrity and business logic alignment.
- Act as a subject matter expert on IRD and related BI platforms, providing ad-hoc reporting support and issue resolution in a fast-paced global environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data analysis, dashboard design, business intelligence, financial reporting, and data warehousing.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as JasperReports, WebFocus, Actuate, eSpreadsheet, and strong SQL skills in large-scale data warehouse environments.
- Knowledge of investment operations and trade lifecycle across front, middle, and back-office functions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced individual contributor comfortable handling complex global reporting requirements for sophisticated investment clients.
- Strong technical expertise in BI/reporting tools, data governance, and familiarity with Big Data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks).
- Skilled at managing stakeholder expectations, delivering high-quality solutions on time in a fast-paced, agile environment.
