About This Role
- Own and drive the end-to-end warranty recovery program to maximize cost recovery from suppliers for failed parts and services.
- Develop, maintain, and present warranty recovery KPIs, dashboards, and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to meet warranty recovery targets and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of work experience; specifically minimum 8 years in warranty management, supplier recovery, spend analytics, reverse logistics, repair operations, operations finance, or supply chain within a multinational high technology corporation.
- Proficiency in SAP MM & SD, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project), and data analysis/visualization tools like Power BI, SQL, MS Access.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA (Supply Chain/Operations).
- Strong finance knowledge related to warranty cost accounting, accruals, P&L impact, spend analysis, and recovery forecasting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in warranty management or supplier cost recovery programs within complex multinational or high-tech environments.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills, comfortable using advanced statistical tools and process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, managing cross-functional communication to influence leadership and drive process improvements.
