About This Role
- Lead and execute end-to-end operational excellence initiatives across CSS Operations to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, service quality, and cycle times.
- Drive process improvements upstream (Digital Ordering, Planning) and downstream (Logistics, Documentation, Shipment performance) impacting forecasting accuracy, order quality, and delivery reliability.
- Manage Continuous Improvement programs applying Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC methodologies using data-driven insights to implement sustainable operational improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, customer service, or process improvement roles.
- Proven experience in cross-functional process improvement initiatives and working knowledge of ERP and operational systems.
- Exposure to Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC) and ability to leverage data and technology for operational improvements.

- Experienced in leading cross-functional operational excellence projects with measurable impact on process efficiency and customer experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority across diverse teams.
