About This Role
- Develop business analytics dashboards and reporting for pharmacovigilance and safety products.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery Teams, and QA to gather requirements, support testing, and ensure delivery of compliant, user-focused solutions.
- Document workflows, business requirements, and support continuous improvement in product usability and process efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 0–1 year of professional experience in Business Analysis or related roles within healthcare, life sciences, or pharmacovigilance domains.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio Pro, LookML, Python, SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Early-career professionals with up to 1 year experience and interest in healthcare technology and pharmacovigilance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional team environment.
- Comfortable translating business needs into technical documentation and supporting QA/testing processes.
