About This Role
- Manage multiple concurrent custom online market research projects of low-to-mid complexity from initiation through completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to scope.
- Own revenue forecasting, invoicing accuracy, and financial tracking for assigned projects while coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, maintain client communication, and uphold project standards to support client satisfaction and repeat business.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant project management experience, ideally in market research.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Strong knowledge of market research methodologies and experience in client service roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Experienced in managing multiple qualitative and quantitative research projects independently with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver projects on schedule and budget.
