About This Role
- Lead architecture, implementation, deployment, and support of Python-based AI/ML applications including NLP and generative AI tools.
- Establish methodologies and create Data Science packages/APIs to rapidly roll out new AI-driven data analysis capabilities organizationally.
- Own scalability, stability, and adoption of AI/ML and LLM-based data science solutions while mentoring technical team members.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in algorithms, statistics, data mining, machine learning, deep learning, and NLP.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering or Data Science mandatory.
- Proven experience with NLP, BERT, Transformers, Deep Learning, and use of LLMs (OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic, Llama, etc.) in business contexts.
- Experience deploying AI applications on cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading technical architecture and design discussions aligning AI/ML solutions with strategic business goals.
- Strong ability to operationalize fast-evolving AI/ML models, including GenAI evaluation frameworks, agentic AI frameworks, RAG, embedding models, and vector databases.
- Proficient in collaborating across business, data science, and technical stakeholders to drive technology adoption and business impact.
