About This Role
- Lead business analysis and requirements management for Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives in Customer, Product, and Brand domains.
- Define and drive data governance, data quality frameworks, and standardized master data models across global and local markets.
- Support change management and business adoption of MDM capabilities through training, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience with at least 3 years in MDM/Data Governance.
- Experience with Master Data Management tools (Reltio preferred), Snowflake/SQL, API/integration technologies, Salesforce Lifesciences Cloud, and JIRA.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and implementation partners in Pharma or Life Sciences domain.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Data Management, Life Sciences, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, large-scale data transformation and digital programs in Pharma/Life Sciences.
- Skilled in agile methodologies and able to lead cross-functional collaboration across global and local teams.
- Proficient in translating business needs into functional specifications and working with multiple vendors and implementation partners worldwide.
