- Source and screen candidates primarily from US universities to build effective talent pipelines for Campus Manager roles.
- Utilize LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, Boolean search techniques, and AI tools to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data, collaborate with managers to improve sourcing strategies, and contribute to optimizing the hiring process.
Minimum Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, sales, or marketing.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in recruiting, HR, sales, or marketing are eligible.
- Work From Home India; Working hours 5 PM - 1 AM IST Monday to Friday.
