About This Role
- Manage day-to-day client reporting operations ensuring 100% accuracy and adherence to controls for daily, weekly, and monthly investment reports and fact sheets.
- Support associates by performing quality checks and prioritizing client requests to meet tight deadlines.
- Design and customize report templates using Excel, PowerPoint, and optionally Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, while identifying and implementing process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-8 years of experience in investment banking and client reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PDF handling.
- Basic understanding of asset management.
- Proficiency or working knowledge of Adobe Packages (InDesign and Illustrator) is an added advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced professional accustomed to managing time-sensitive client deliverables with high accuracy and quality focus.
- Skillful in report formatting and template creation primarily using MS Office tools, with some advantage for Adobe Package skills.
- Capable of working independently, handling process improvements, and supporting junior team members in a structured client reporting environment.
