About This Role
- Design and develop generative AI and agent-based applications using large language models for enterprise platforms.
- Build and deploy RESTful services (Flask/FastAPI) and integrate AI solutions with business workflows.
- Evaluate AI models and systems for accuracy, reliability, safety, and effective grounding.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 14 years total professional experience, with at least 4 years in AI, generative AI or agent-based AI.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, pandas).
- Experience with large language models, prompting, model routing, memory management, retrieval-augmented generation.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience designing and building GenAI-powered applications and agent-based multi-agent workflows including human-in-the-loop and autonomous tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and vector databases for retrieval systems.
- Knowledge of fine-tuning LLMs, orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen), and production ML operations including CI/CD and governance.
