About This Role
- Design and develop embedded Linux software applications for Patient Monitoring devices using Qt/QML and C++.
- Lead scrum teams in program planning, progress reporting, and manage stakeholder communication.
- Identify technical risks, optimize performance, conduct unit testing, debugging, and ensure release quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Minimum 4 years of software product development experience with technical leadership in scrum teams.
- Strong hands-on skills in C++ on embedded systems, Linux OS, and MVVM design pattern.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Experienced in embedded software development within medical devices or healthcare-related applications.
- Capable of leading agile scrum teams and managing project scope, planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient at diagnosing and solving complex software problems during development and post-deployment.
