About This Role
- Design and develop generative AI applications and agent-based systems utilizing large language models (LLMs) integrated with enterprise platforms.
- Build and deploy RESTful services using frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI to support AI solutions and workflows.
- Evaluate AI models and systems for accuracy, reliability, safety, and effective grounding to ensure performance and trustworthiness.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in AI, generative AI, or agent-based AI development.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or pandas.
- Experience developing GenAI applications with LLMs, agent-based systems with planning, memory, tool use, orchestration, and agentic workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable AI solutions that integrate LLMs with enterprise systems and APIs.
- Skilled in advanced AI workflows including multi-agent, human-in-the-loop, and autonomous task orchestration.
- Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), vector databases, and AI orchestration tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
