About This Role
- Design and develop generative AI applications and agent-based systems leveraging large language models (LLMs) integrated with enterprise platforms.
- Build and deploy RESTful services using frameworks like Flask or FastAPI to support AI functionalities.
- Evaluate model and system performance focusing on accuracy, reliability, grounding, and safety.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in AI, generative AI, or agent-based AI.
- Strong Python proficiency with experience in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras, or pandas.
- Experience designing and building GenAI-powered applications using open or proprietary LLMs and agentic workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent education and work experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in agent-based systems with planning, memory, tool use, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Knowledgeable in advanced LLM techniques including prompting, model routing, memory management, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), vector databases, and production ML Ops including CI/CD, monitoring, security, and compliance.
