About This Role
- Build and enhance full-stack Salesforce-based AI products integrating GenAI and agentic capabilities for business and customer impact.
- Lead end-to-end engineering lifecycle including design, development, testing, integration, and ongoing maintenance with high-quality, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage customers to deliver lean, evidence-based solutions, maintaining code integrity and driving rapid product deployments using modern AI and software engineering practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years Salesforce experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, REST/Bulk APIs, Salesforce DX, and automation testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright).
- Minimum 2 years experience building AI/ML and agentic Salesforce applications, hands-on with Agentforce and Python; experience with React, Angular, Node.js, Java or .Net/C# preferred.
- Experience designing and delivering cloud-based Salesforce solutions including secure APIs, event-driven integrations and deployment automation using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions; knowledge of cloud-native engineering and AI/ML services on Azure, AWS or GCP preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-cycle engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce AI/ML agentic app development combining software craftsmanship with AI fluency.
- Comfortable with rapid experimentation, evidence-driven development, and ownership of delivery quality, performance, and cost metrics in a collaborative cross-functional environment.
- Familiar with modern SDLC and DevOps tools/methodologies including DevSecOps, SRE, Salesforce DX, GitHub, and AI multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
