About This Role
- Coordinate with group coordinators/hosts prior to events to ensure all arrangements are agreeable and meet specific guest needs.
- Analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information, manage setup, timelines, and special arrangements including buffets and action stations.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and quality standards while maintaining professional guest interactions and protecting company assets.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience in food and beverage or banquet service.
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Location: Hyderabad, India; full-time, on-site work.

- Experience working directly with event coordination and banquet service environments, understanding guest-specific requirements.
- Ability to follow detailed event orders and manage logistical coordination within hospitality settings.
