About This Role
- Handle complex client and scheme member queries related to pension schemes via multiple communication channels.
- Perform and peer review complex pension calculations ensuring compliance with scheme rules and legislation.
- Support client projects by monitoring income, budgeting, and identifying revenue opportunities within client group.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate with minimum 1 year overall work experience.
- Good knowledge of Superannuation domain or defined contributions / defined benefits schemes preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Strong understanding of legislative and procedural changes and ability to perform accurate pension calculations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with Defined Benefit schemes and knowledge of scheme types and governing legislation.
- Analytical and problem solving skills with ability to multitask and support change management.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
