About This Role
- Own end-to-end financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis for GIC India within Corporate Finance.
- Lead coordination and preparation for statutory, tax, transfer pricing, and global internal audits ensuring timely closure and compliance.
- Manage tax compliance processes including GST and TDS filings, refunds, reconciliations, and monitoring, while driving process improvements and mentoring junior staff.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in financial accounting, statutory and tax audits, and tax compliance (GST, TDS).
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with finance teams and multiple organizational layers.
- Work Experience Required: 2 to 4 years in related financial/accounting roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong technical accounting background with expertise in statutory audits, tax compliance, and transfer pricing.
- Experienced in preparing budgets, variance analysis, financial planning, and reporting with strong Excel and data skills.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities under deadlines, mentoring teams, and driving process improvements in a corporate finance environment.
