About This Role
- Lead end-to-end finance service delivery across Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Treasury operations within Arvind GCC, managing a team of 150+ FTEs.
- Own and improve month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards and governance.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives including process standardisation, automation, and scaling the GCC finance operating model to support business growth.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or CMA qualification mandatory; MBA Finance preferred but not mandatory.
- 18-22 years of relevant finance experience with substantial exposure to accounting operations, controllership, and shared services/GCC environments.
- Proven experience managing large finance teams (150+ FTEs) and leading R2R, P2P, O2C, and Treasury functions within ERP environments (SAP FI/CO or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS, Companies Act, Indian statutory compliance, and experience with financial close and reporting in listed companies is advantageous.
