About This Role
- Administer, support, and improve enterprise technology platforms including Microsoft 365 and Atlassian services, focusing on configuration, identity and access management, and endpoint management.
- Maintain core technology infrastructure such as servers, networks, firewalls, backup/recovery systems, ensuring operational availability, capacity, performance, and security.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, coordinate with multiple teams, and develop technical documentation to support IT operations and compliance activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience administering enterprise technology platforms, systems, or infrastructure; experience in SaaS or regulated environments preferred.
- Strong administration and troubleshooting skills in Microsoft 365 and Atlassian platforms (Jira, Confluence)
- Experience with network infrastructure, identity and access management, endpoint configuration, backup/recovery, and scripting/automation tools.

- Experienced in supporting distributed users and multi-region technology services with strong cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proficient in configuring complex workflows, access controls, integrations, and automation to improve operational efficiency.
