About This Role
- Own end-to-end business analysis for Content Studio's AI-enabled content creation features, turning business needs into clear, testable requirements and managing backlog readiness.
- Coordinate UAT with business users, capture and prioritize user feedback, and maintain traceability from business needs through to released functionality.
- Partner closely with Product Owner, engineering, UX, and implementation teams to ensure backlog prioritization, solution design, and successful release outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 4–5 years experience as Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Owner/Manager in digital products or technology delivery.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools, agentic AI concepts, Agile practices, JIRA, and Confluence.
- No visa sponsorship; hybrid work with 10% travel; experience supporting UAT and technical literacy with APIs and integrations required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing AI-enabled digital product backlogs and requirements in regulated environments, preferably pharma or health tech.
- Comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams distributed globally, including business users, engineering, and vendors.
- Skilled at translating complex workflows into testable user stories with strong attention to AI guardrails, compliance, and human-in-the-loop controls.
