About This Role
- Analyze and document business processes and user requirements to support e-commerce solutions across multiple domains including web, mobile, content, checkout, and customer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product owners, developers, architects, UX designers, business stakeholders) to define and translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive alignment between business objectives, customer experience, and technical feasibilities while monitoring platform performance and supporting testing and release cycles.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role (Functional Analyst, Solution Analyst).
- Experience working in Agile product teams.
- Strong communication skills interfacing with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Location: Hyderabad, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in e-commerce platforms or digital product environments, particularly with digital customer journeys and omnichannel retail.
- Skillful in stakeholder management and workshop facilitation, capable of integrating needs across multiple IT teams.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions within agile settings.
