About This Role
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across functions to analyze performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Participate in analytics projects from requirements gathering to implementation, including documentation, testing, and identifying automation opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, data analytics, or related discipline.
- Proficiency with BI tools like Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI; SQL and Microsoft Excel required.
- Role is hybrid with at least 3 days per week in office.
