About This Role
- Manage and review KYC periodic reviews and KYC Recon for all client types supporting regulatory requirements across multiple products and regions.
- Perform independent research and analysis to complete periodic reviews and resolve AML/KYC queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Onboarding, Relationship Management, Trading, and Legal teams and contribute ideas for enhancing AML/KYC functions and projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in AML/KYC related roles, specifically in Periodic Reviews and due diligence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Finance-related field.
- Must be able to work EMEA/NA shifts; location Mumbai & Hyderabad.
- Certification in ACAMS or similar is a plus but not mandatory.

- Experienced in handling complex AML/KYC periodic review processes with strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Capable of managing stakeholder communication across multiple teams and regions effectively under tight deadlines.
- Operates well independently in fast-paced environments with a focus on compliance and regulatory standards.
