About This Role
- Build and maintain backend microservices using Node.js or similar technologies (Java Spring Boot, Python).
- Develop and implement APIs, middleware integrations, and database solutions (RDS and NoSQL).
- Ensure backend system performance through debugging, performance analysis, testing (unit, feature, load), and deployment via API gateways with service discoverability, security, and throttling.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years relevant backend development experience.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics; BE preferred, preferably from a Tier 1 college.
- Hands-on experience with microservices (Node.js, Java Spring Boot, Python), API implementation, middleware like RabbitMQ.
- Experience with relational (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven capability in complex backend design using established design patterns and scalable architectures.
- Experience working in startup-like, high pressure environments handling complex backend challenges.
- Strong testing discipline including TDD and load testing, and deployment knowledge using API gateways for service management.
